DGTCP Haryana has granted M/s Countrywide Promoters (P) Ltd. license no. 44 dated 07/03/08 for development of group housing over 16.331 acres in Sector 80, Faridabad. The total no. of flats approved are 1271 (including EWS) & the building plan is approved vide memo no. ZP-416/JD(DK)2012/11219 dated 27/06/12. There is a provision of 1 nursery school, 1 primary school, community building & shopping area. Note- Approvals can be checked in the colonizer´s office.

Site plan and unit plans are subject to minor changes that may occur during course of construction based on the working drawings which shall be regularized by the developer.
